MeadowFall Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how HashBrown Games handles information when you use MeadowFall (the “Game”).
Summary
MeadowFall uses advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, Google Play Games cloud-save, and Google Play Billing services. These services may collect or process limited device and gameplay information as described below. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising
MeadowFall uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. AdMob may collect and share device or other identifiers, IP-address-derived approximate location, app interactions, and diagnostics. Google uses this information for advertising, ad measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Your choices are handled through the consent options shown where required and through your device and Google advertising settings.
Analytics and crash reporting
MeadowFall uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Firebase Analytics may collect app-interaction and device or installation identifier information to help us understand how the Game is used. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash logs and technical diagnostics to help us identify and fix errors. This information is processed by Google on our behalf.
Google Play Games and cloud saves
MeadowFall supports Google Play Games sign-in and cloud saves. Players use an existing Google account; MeadowFall does not create a separate game account. If you use these features, saved-game progress and related gameplay activity may be stored by Google Play Games so progress can be restored across devices. You can choose not to use Google Play Games features and can manage or delete Play Games data through your Google account settings.
Purchases
MeadowFall offers an optional one-time “Remove Ads” purchase through Google Play. Google Play Billing processes the payment. HashBrown Games does not receive or store payment-card or bank details. The Game receives purchase entitlement information so it can apply and restore the Remove Ads benefit.
Notifications
MeadowFall can schedule optional local reminder notifications on your device. These reminders are generated on-device; the Game does not use a remote push-notification service to send them.
Information we do not collect directly
MeadowFall does not ask for or directly collect your name, email address, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, videos, messages, precise location, or payment-card details. The Game has no public chat, public profiles, or user-posted content.
Retention and deletion
Gameplay data stored locally remains on your device until you reset it in the Game, clear the Game’s app storage, or uninstall the Game. Google retains data processed by AdMob, Firebase, Google Play Games, and Google Play Billing according to its own policies and controls. Saved-game data can be managed through Google Play Games. We do not operate a separate MeadowFall account system or game-data server.
Security
Information transmitted by the services described above is encrypted in transit. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
MeadowFall does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Third-party services used by the Game handle data according to their applicable policies and settings.
Third-party services
The Game uses services provided by Google, including Google Mobile Ads, Firebase, Google Play Games, and Google Play Billing. Google’s privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when MeadowFall’s features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when we do.
